ESTABLISHING YOUR ACCOUNTANCY FIRM ON THE WEB

There is a one-off set-up fee and a monthly license, web hosting, administration and support fee.

ACCOUNTANT SITES

Initial Fee - £375.00 + VAT

Monthly Licence Fee - £130.00 + VAT

Minimum contract 12 months with one month's notice thereafter.

Prices quoted are subject to VAT at current rate.

And this includes the fully loaded website of your choice PLUS:

Your first year's .co.uk or .com domain registration, (if required)

Existing domain transfer if required

Set up of 6 individual email addresses

Inclusion of your firm's logo throughout your website

Each page customised with your firm's address, contact information and location map

Inclusion of your own personalised text on your 'about us' page

Addition of graphics, partner photos, your building etc

Any textual changes you may require

Initial submission of your site to the main search engines and directories

Free Guide to promoting your website

PLEASE NOTE: Any structural changes not covered in the above are chargeable at our standard hourly rates. Quotations provided on request.

OPTIONAL SUPPLEMENTARY COSTS

Site amendments and further customization - £60.00 + vat per hour (full quotation will be provided on request)

Changing site styles - if you would like to change your current site for a different look, you may select one of our other designs and we will load all of your current site content, upload to the web, and resubmit your site to the main search engines, for a flat fee of £375.00 + vat, (payable in advance), plus your ongoing monthly fee

Domain Renewals

We include free of charge the following domain registrations:

New .CO.UK domain registration for the first two years
New .COM/.NET/.ORG.BIZ for one year

Important Note on Domain Renewal: Your domain must be renewed at the end of its registration period. We will do this automatically for you and invoice you for the cost of the renewal. This is an essential process, as without a valid domain your website will not be visible.

We register domains in your own name and you will be the legal owner of the chosen domain

IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A WEBSITE BUT REQUIRE OUR INTERACTIVE CONTENT

You can still take advantage of and profit from the inclusion of our complete on-line services package (full list of inclusions here ) PLUS all of our additional online tools and services as a plug-in to your site - set-up fee

£275.00 + vat plus £80.00 per month + vat

IF YOU WOULD LIKE A BESPOKE WEBSITE TO BE DESIGNED FOR YOUR FIRM

You can brief us on your vision for your site and we shall interpret this and provide you with an initial screen shot and layout. Once you are happy with the image and environment of your bespoke site you can decide on the content to be loaded and we'll take care of the rest.
