CSRS (web-based case status reporting system) is a highly secure on-line case status reporting system, featuring sixteen editable steps, enabling you to update each client's case file via your website.

 

Each time an update to a case is made, your client is automatically notified by email. Your client may then login to your website and access the case progress notes. You can also provide login details (if required) to your estate agent partners and business referrers, all of which adds up to a system which:
