Your Guarantee
In the unlikely event that the agreed search terms do not appear on the front page of the UK searches of Google.co.uk, Yahoo.co.uk or MSN.co.uk, within the guaranteed period, we will either continue to tweak the pages on your behalf at no further cost , or refund 5% of the total contract value, for each keyword , to a maximum of 15 keywords, that don't reach the agreed position within the agreed timeframe.
For example, if the contract value was £1295.00 and three agreed keyphrases failed to reach the first page of the UK searches of either Google.co.uk, Yahoo.co.uk or MSN.co.uk, within six months (given that 12-24 weeks had been the quote on this occasion), we would refund £ 195.00 to you. (5% for each keyphrase agreed).
In optimising a website for agreed keyphrases, many other phrases are optimised for and many other search engines will feature your site, but for the purposes of judging the success of the guarantee, we use the top three UK search engines, as listed above.
Full details of our guarantee and a separate agreement will be put in writing to you in advance. Due to the nature of the search engine optimisation agreement, please ensure that the agreement between Kenkai.com (SEO Insite Ltd) is in place and that you keep safe a copy of the agreement, and produced, should you wish to make a refund claim at a later stage. No refund will be made unless a copy of the original written and signed agreement is produced at the time of any claim.
Should you be unable to produce your search engine optimisation guarantee, any agreed search terms that have failed to reach the agreed positions in at least one of the three search engines mentioned above, will continue to be tweaked until they have achieved the agreed positions, at no further cost to you.
What Happens Next?

We will then start the process of optimising and submitting your website to the top search engines.
Our terms are 50% deposit with order and the balance is payable when the site optimization is completed and before the site is published to the web. Any link campaigns will begin as soon as the balance is paid and the optimised site has been published to the web.
Upon receipt of your order and deposit cheque the process commences:
- You will receive a phone call from Kennie our specialist web optimiser who will explain how he and his team will optimise your website and discuss the key search phrases that will be targeted.
- The optimisation project will get underway and will be completed within the time period quoted. We will call you to confirm completion and on receipt of your balance payment, your website re-uploaded to the web.
- Your site is now submitted to all search engines as detailed on this document
- You will see rankings begin to appear on the search engines, once the engines index or re-index your site with front page positions being captured within 12 to 24 weeks.
