Standard set-up fee for all styles - £175.00 + vat
Monthly License, Hosting and Support fee £69.95 + vat

License fee payable monthly in advance. Minimum contract 12 months with one month's notice thereafter.

Your first year's .co.uk domain registration, (if required).

PLEASE NOTE: Any structural or textual changes not covered in the above are chargeable at our standard hourly rates. Quotations provided on request.

Multiple Licenses

If you have a growing salesforce and you would like them each to have their own personalised entry page to the company website we offer a multi-user license which substantially reduces the per capita cost for a personalised website.

OPTIONAL SUPPLEMENTARY COSTS

Site amendments and further customization - £60.00 + vat per hour (full quotation will be provided on request)

Changing site styles - if you would like to change your current site for a different look, you may select one of our other designs and we will load all of your current site content, plus your choice of on-line services, upload to the web, and resubmit your site to the main search engines, for a flat fee of £175.00 + vat, (payable in advance), plus your ongoing monthly charge of £ 69.95 + vat.

Additional email addresses

Your Site comes with 6 POP3 e-mail addresses. Up to 20 additional email addresses are available for a total of £1.75+ vat per week (£91.00 + vat payable in advance). For 20+ addresses please call. 

Domain Renewals

We include free of charge the following domain registrations:

New .CO.UK domain registration for the first two years
New .COM/.NET/.ORG.BIZ for one year

Important Note on Domain Renewal: Your domain must be renewed at the end of its registration period. We will do this automatically for you and invoice you for the cost of the renewal. This is an essential process, as without a valid domain your website will not be visible.

We register domains in your own name and you will be the legal owner of the chosen domain

 

IF YOU WOULD LIKE A BESPOKE WEBSITE TO BE DESIGNED FOR YOUR FIRM

You can brief us on your vision for your site and we shall interpret this and provide you with an initial screen shot and layout. Once you are happy with the image and environment of your bespoke site you can decide on the content to be loaded and we'll take care of the rest.

Bespoke designs from £750.00 + vat for 5 page brochure site plus £16.95 + vat per month hosting and maintenance. (Full quotation will be provided on request and in accordance with your specific brief)
