Standard set-up fee for all styles - £175.00 + vat

Your monthly management fee is just £69.95 + vat (minimum contract 12 months) which covers:

PLEASE NOTE: Any structural or textual changes nor covered in the above are chargeable at our standard hourly rates. Quotations provided on request.

Multiple Location Licenses

If you have more than one office we offer a multi-user license. Each office = 1 License.

Please note that all costs quoted are per month and exclusive of VAT

OPTIONAL SUPPLEMENTARY COSTS

Site amendments and further customization - £60.00 + vat per hour (full quotation will be provided on request)

Changing site styles - if you would like to change your current site for a different look, you may select one of our other designs and we will load all of your current site content, plus your choice of on-line services, upload to the web, and resubmit your site to the main search engines, for a flat fee of £175.00 + vat, (payable in advance), plus your ongoing monthly charge of £69.95 + vat

Additional email addresses

Your Site comes with 6 POP3 e-mail addresses. Up to 20 additional email addresses are available for a total of £1.75 + vat per week (£91.00+ vat payable in advance). For 20+ addresses please call.

Domain Renewals

We include free of charge the following domain registrations:

New .CO.UK domain registration for the first two years
New .COM/.NET/.ORG.BIZ for one year

Important Note on Domain Renewal: Your domain must be renewed at the end of its registration period. We will do this automatically for you and invoice you for the cost of the renewal. This is an essential process, as without a valid domain your website will not be visible.

We register domains in your own name and you will be the legal owner of the chosen domain

IF YOU WOULD LIKE A BESPOKE WEBSITE TO BE DESIGNED FOR YOUR FIRM

You can brief us on your vision for your site and we shall interpret this and provide you with an initial screen shot and layout. Once you are happy with the image and environment of your bespoke site you can decide on the content to be loaded and we'll take care of the rest.
Bespoke designs from £750.00 + vat for 5 page brochure site plus £16.95 + vat per month hosting and maintenance. (Full quotation will be provided on request and in accordance with your specific brief)

ADD A CASE REPORTING SYSTEM TO YOUR SITE

CASE STATUS REPORTING SYSTEM (CSRS)

CSRS (web-based case status reporting system) is a highly secure on-line case status reporting system, featuring sixteen editable steps, enabling you to update each client's case file via your website.

Each time an update to a case is made, your client is automatically notified by email. Your client may then login to your website and access the case progress notes. You can also provide login details (if required) to your estate agent partners and business referrers, all of which adds up to a system which:

Presents a new marketing opportunity
Attracts clients
Develops and attracts Associate contacts
Enhances client service
Reduces incoming calls and interruptions
Reduces time on outbound phone calls
Reduces operating costs

Attracts Clients

Once your clients, whether corporate or private, become aware that they can view the progress of their cases via their office or home PC it will give you the advantage over other local Solicitors firms, and enhanced client service.

Develop and Attract Associate Contacts

CSRS will allow for associate firms, for example Estate Agents, Financial Advisors and Management Companies, to view the status of any clients they recommend to you. This is of course subject to the client giving his/her permission. As with attracting clients, this will also work in attracting Associates.

Low Maintenance once up and running

Once you have invested in the set-up fee, the ongoing administration and support fees are modest considering the power and benefits of the system. The only real maintenance is keeping the information up to date and accurate, and by establishing key procedures throughout the firm, this can be reduced to a minimum.

Reduced phone calls and operating costs

If all your Associate companies and a percentage of your private clients use the CSRS facility to check up on their cases, imagine how many phone calls this will save. Whether it is as the Case Solicitor, or as the secretary fielding the calls, this time could be spent more productively on other cases and providing a higher quality of service to your clients. With the additional email messaging facility, it will also reduce your outgoing calls as you can message the client directly, without the need to call.
